I have been a life long friend of books and poetry. The library has always been a comforting, favorite place! My earliest expression in writing were two poems to my mother. Tender ages of 10 and 12. I had discovered writing for me, was and has always been easier than verbal expression. I was raised in upstate New York, and ventured west to California in marriage. After many successful years, great adventures, two sons, our marriage moved on.
My work life began early, at 17. The majority of it, 45 + years, was in the Administrative support field. I am not published, although perhaps twice - poems; as part of a writer’s group offering. My eclectic span of written stories and poems are held in a pink 3 ring binder! I’d like the best of it to be presented as a gift for my family.
