Originally from New York City, Janice moved to Laguna Woods Village in 2008 after being a Special Education teacher for the NYC Department of Education. She is a mother of two grown daughters and has four grandchildren. Janice’s interests have been mostly in politics; she strives to make a difference in her community by educating her fellow villagers on how the current situation might directly affect them. She’s hoping to learn more through her membership in the Pub Club on how to be an effective writer one day!
