Linda is both an artist and a writer. Her life has been diverse: mother of three children, grandmother of eight, she is now retired from the work world with experience in business and education. For thirty-nine years she stood strong with her husband through years of battling numerous cancers.
Linda has received some recognition: ribbons for art, and publication of several short pieces of writing. At a certain point, the two creative paths of writing and painting began to merge into what Linda calls her art tales. One titled An Art Tale of Rebirth resulted in a solo gallery exhibition of images and words. Linda’s muse leads and she follows, exploring children’s stories, poetry, memoir, and novels. In art, mainly watercolor and acrylic, subjects range from figurative to abstracts.
Linda is very grateful to the Intrepid Writers Group and the PubClub for their encouragement.
