Nancy Southern spent most of her career teaching in higher education and consulting to organizations in the areas of leadership, organizational culture, and change. Her dissertation research explored differences in leadership in China and the US, which led to her adopting her daughter from China and teaching with a focus on cross cultural learning and communication. Nancy has been fortunate to travel throughout many countries in Asia and Europe and work with students throughout the world. She has published multiple articles and three book chapters in academic publications and now wants to share her life learnings though non-fiction and/or memoir.
